While looking through the camera again, I found some cute photos to share!

Something was obviously funny!

Oaklee fell asleep hunched over her carseat because that is where her favorite blankie is!

Oaklee wanted to lay on the couch and watch T.V. with brother

Another capture of her pig tails and that oh cute outfit!
Oaklee's double pig tails!

Oaklee went right up to Wyatt and hugged him!
Well, that is a view of some of the things we have been up to.  Not a whole lot.  Mainly just sitting at home playing around!  Hope you enjoyed.

6 Years!

Wow!  Before I know it we will be at 10!  Of course we have had our trials and disagreements but we make it through.  We do our best at communication which saves us a lot of times.  That is one of the many things that I adore about Kyle.  He always wants to talk about everything.  We are truly best friends who can share ANYTHING with each other.  I know that anything I mention to him stays with him.  We are both better people because of each other.  We balance each other out and we each have learned great lessons from one another.  He has taught me mostly about stress.  I have taught him about budgeting and getting a good deal! haha  I really do love him and am so grateful for all he has done for me and our family.  He works hard and very long weeks to be able to support us and me be home.  Wyatt and Oaklee adore their daddy and get so excited for daddy to be home.  On the weekends when he isn't on call the poor guy doesn't get time to do what he wants because he is being kept busy with his kids!  I could go on and on about things that I love about him but I know you don't want to read all the lovey dovey stuff!
Our anniversary was on Friday.  His parents kept bugging us about watching the kids so we could have a date.  They even begged to have them overnight.  It was very hard for me to drop them off because it wasn't just for an hour.  We decided to not do a hotel stay for finances and because our nephew was baptized on Saturday.  Kyle worked a half day and came home to help get things ready.  We dropped the kids off and then went and played.  We didn't know really what to do so we just drove and went to some stores that are difficult with kids.  Although we didn't do anything spectacular, it was so nice being able to have some one on one time.  I think we need to do it more often.

Wyatt is so funny.  This is his new way of smiling.  It's hard to get those beautfil eyes open!

Valentines

I only am posting about Valentines mainly because I actually took pictures that day!  I had a ton of plans to do cute things for the kids, but during the night Wyatt puked 2 times in his bed (thanks to mom and dad letting him eat an entire inside loaf of french bread!).  So, on Tuesday our day consisted of doing laundry and cleaning!  We did all dress up in pink and red for the blessed day.  By the time Kyle got home, I hadn't even finished his presents!  Whoops.  We had a yummy dinner of barbeque chicken and sticky rice.  This is a favorite of everyone's!  By the time we cleaned up dinner, Kyle got called out to a stop in Croydon and Morgan!  He didn't make it home until 11:00!  So, the kids and I enjoyed our selves having fun doing nothing.  Grandma and Grandpa did stop by to drop of a little something for each of us.  Thanks Mom and Dad!  We don't ever plan too much on Valentines since our anniversary is a mere 3 days later.

I have been wanting to post something for a few days but simply can't think of what to write.  Let's just say that I am trying to make some changes.  Changes in all aspects of life.  I have been trying to read more and I have started with trying to read an Ensign article everyday.  I figure that these articles will help me more right now than anything.

Things are going alright with us.  We have been soaking up every spare minute with Kyle these last few weeks.  After Christmas he was on call for a month!  Let me tell you, that was rough.  We spent a day in Logan, watching shows and movies, shopping trips, grocery runs, crafting, and just living life.  We have had some family parties celebrating birthdays.  They have been relaxing just getting together.

Wyatt is loving sunbeams and seems to be grasping bits and pieces.  We are starting to read the picture scriptures with him at nights for Primary.  He loves his teacher.  She does the cutest things with them.  I am despeartely trying to help him with various learning things.  I am not doing fantastic but just trying to do more than I have been.  He goes to kindergarten in a year and a half and I am starting to freak!  He is not ready at all.   He doesn't show much interest in trying to learn letters.  He does seem to like numbers.  When he gets a group of something he will "count" them.  Maybe I will just concentrate more on numbers!

Oaklee is just well kind of grumpy lately.  It must be that her top tooth is just about through the skin finally.  Oaklee and teething equal chaos.  She just mops around the house crying.  All she wants is to be held with her new found love of tied fleece blankets.  Many days I try to get things done, but I wish I would just sit watch a movie and hold her to comfort her.  But that little voice inside me tells me that I am being lazy and wasting time.

I am just trying to adjust to feelings.  I am getting overwhelmed (when don't I) trying to find the motivation to keep going every second and make sure I am not wasting time.  I am drastically trying to become a better wife and mommy.  I have been reading mostly talks on marriage and children.  As I was reading one talk I realize I am not alone in feeling I have to be wonder woman and be everything and do everything.  Things I try to do everyday are: tend to children, exercise, prayer, house work, reading scriptures, Primary calling, reading books to Wyatt, teaching to Wyatt, crafting, being creative with holidays, service, and the list goes on.  When I don't get most of that all done in the day, I feel inadequate, wasteful, and basically useless.  I get bad feelings of myself and that turns into depression and anxiety.  I just want to be happy and enjoy my days.  I don't know but I haven't really had these type of things happening when I worked.  I think some of my problems stem from being a SAHM.  All I want is to be happy in life and feel like I am succeeding at something.  I hate how I can't ever feel good about myself.  I hate how it's always how I am lacking in areas and failing.  That is the big part.  Feeling like I am a failure.  I think I am in major need of something.  A blessing and the temple might cure this.

Ok so this is a weird post and I don't think it makes much sense at all, but oh well.  That is what is on my mind lately and happening in our lives.
