6 Months

Sawyer is now 6 months old.  I can't believe it really.  I have been looking back at old photos and can't believe she has grown so much.  She's still small compared to what most kids are her age (Oaklee was 15 1/2 lbs) and very slow progressing.  She is such a momma's girl but is finally starting to let others take her.  She is starting to love daddy and cuddling with him at nights.  She loves her siblings when they play nice with her.  When she is not in the room, there is always a void.  She is a special baby and I am so glad that she is here with us.  She is patient (except when it's food time), quiet, and loves to be held.  All my babies are huge cuddlers and prefer to be in someone's arms.  Here are some things about baby SJ:
~Weight: 14.22 lbs-14%
~Height:24.96 inches-19%
~Head:16.1 inces-9%

~Still sleeps swaddled in bassinet (going to try and switch to crib this weekend)
~3-6 months clothes
~Size 2 diaper
~Loves to spit with her tongue
~Chews on everything (her favorite is blankets especially her taggie and afgans)
~Rolls tummy to back
~Loves her jumperoo
~Still swings on occasion
~Doesn't laugh much but always when getting diaper changed
~Starting to screech
~Eating solids much better (Dr wants her at least 2 times a day on solids.  She actually cries when she is hungry and it isn't 5-6 hours anymore!)
~Eats 6 ounces every 4ish hours (eating 4 times a day)
~Sits with support (trying to work on getting her by herself)
~Grabs and pulls things to her (her favorite is the bowl and toothbrush while on the changing table)
I know I posted this already but I seriously can't get enough of it!

Wyatt is 6!

For some reason my pictures are going so out of order.  Ugh...Oh well.  We celebrated Wyatt this past week for his birthday.  We aren't big into parties so we usually just let them pick out a theme really for the tops of their dessert.  Wyatt chose super heroes.  We just used toys he already had but had to get Captain America.  He is at a fun stage and is so helpful (except when he picks and antagonizes Oaklee).
Here are some of his likes.  I should have done a survey with him.
*Loves going to school
*Soda (It's VERY limited)
*Reeses
*Green
*Smurfs, ninja turtles, super heroes, Scooby Doo
*Watching movies
*Reading books
*Homemade Fries & Sticky Rice
*Hamburgers
*Baby Sawyer (he's so loving with her)
We sure love our boy and try not to be too hard on him.  He's short and stocky for his age.  Doctors orders are to keep working hard on exercise and eating healthy.  It's a constant struggle we have been dealing with for 2 years.  We are trying our hardest and hope by next year he will have averaged out.  He will be in T-Ball and swimming again to keep him active.  That's one reason I'm anxious for him to get to 1st grade...RECESS!
He loved decorating his cookie (he hates cake)

It looks so ghetto...I kept trying to tell them (daddy and wyatt) to only put on a few

Bones & Matching Clothes

Kyle and I bought these jammies for Wyatt and Oaklee the Halloween of 2011.  Just in case Sawyer can't fit in them in October, I decided to do a photo session early.

Here is them 2 years ago:

I'm also a little bit into the matching or coordinating clothes for the girls.  I have gotten them a couple things...it just looks too darn cute.

I didn't buy these but they are coordinating dresses.  Momma Read gave all the girls these.  This is the best picture I have of them so far.

Easter 2014

These pictures are so out of order.  But, oh well.  I don't do anything with this blog anyway.  We died eggs for FHE and we had a egg hunt at the Read's the day before Easter.  We BBQ'd, did the egg hunt, then just all chilled.  It was relaxing and such a nice day.  My morning was pretty crazy with a 5k and cleaning the church.  By the time we were done there I was pooped.  But, the kids insisted we go to Lagoon.  So, I took them for a whopping 1.5 hours!  On Easter we went to church and then bummed at home until it was time for the get together with my family.  The Easter bunny decided to hide the baskets a little.  When the kids woke up, I told them they couldn't find them before church.  That didn't work!  But they didn't touch them until after.  Wyatt's was in the downstairs shower, Sawyer's on the downstairs couch, and Oaklee's on the deep freezer.  Kyle was on call this weekend but it turned out to be a slower weekend so he was home most of it.  For my family thing we met at the park by Dalynne's.  It was chilly because of the wind.  My poor kids were cold...thank goodness for things in the car.  We ate, did a candy hunt, and then did birthdays.
