Fall 2012 in their matching jammies

And now...they have grown so much in the last year.  And the jammies are barely fitting now!  They had to have me take a picture of them again in matching jammies.

Jammies

Oaklee wanted a picture of her and Sawyer in their Christmas jammies.  Wyatt gets sad when he can't get in or doesn't fit to what the girls are wearing.  So, he got in some anyways.

Sunday Best

Here are the kids in their Christmas Sunday Best.  Taken the Sunday before Christmas.  This was Kyle's job to get pictures while I got ready!  He did a decent job.

I love how they are both trying to help her!  She is loved by both and gets attention when she gets fussy.

Christmas

Can't believe I'm just getting to this.  Christmas was very odd.  I had the hardest time getting into it.  I thought having a new baby would make it so much more fun and what not.  But, in reality, it was hard.  It was hard to get to the store, hard to find time to make things, and harder to even wrap presents.  I know this sounds bad but I was relieved it was over.  I tried many things to make it a great season but nothing really worked.  We did our usual parties, temple square, watching my dad perform, Christmas/birthday Chinese dinner, watching movies, fires, advents, and more things I can't think of.  The kids I think enjoyed the time and got so excited always telling me things they wanted for Christmas.  It got bigger than I had hoped for.  I always beg and plead to have a small Christmas but we always find more than we plan on.  Kyle only worked 1 week of call and it was such a needed break for all of us.  I love the Christmas season but man it is such a busy time to have a newborn.
Christmas Eve night we had my parents over for dinner, cookies, and a movie.  It was so nice to be at home relaxing instead of other places.  The kids got their new pjs, slippers, and movie.  They snuggled up together watching their new show on Wyatt's bed.  Oaklee passed out cold pretty early.  Wyatt went to bed early but would fall asleep and wake up.  It took him until midnight to finally stay asleep.
Christmas morning we awoke to Wyatt.  He didn't remember it was Christmas until Kyle asked him if he remembered what the day was.  We hurry fed Sawyer and then let Wyatt wake up Oaks.  Then we headed downstairs for the fun.  After the presents we got ready and went to the Read's.  It was supposed to be a brunch but we got their later than anticipated.  We stayed for a few hours then headed to the Allen's for gifts and food.  We stayed a few hours there and then headed for home.  We got home, cleaned things up, and settled in to sleep!
My pictures went way out of order
